(Package includes seven hours of labor-additional labor may be added)

  • Cilantro Lime Chicken
  • Lemon Caper Chicken Breast with Roasted Red Peppers
  • Garlic and Herb Chicken Breast / Breast of Chicken with Mango Salsa
  • Breast of Chicken with Artichoke Wine Sauce
  • Chantilly Chicken Breast – White Wine and Mushroom Sauce
  • Breast of Chicken with Fine Herb Sauce

Accompanied with your choice of one starch:

  • Rice pilaf (wild, traditional, or nine grain)
  • Red potatoes (parmesan garlic mashed, whole new, or quartered roasted)
  • Pasta (Penne or angel hair) with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and feta cheese tossed in garlic butter

Vegetable option:

  • Seasonal fresh vegetables – julienne carrots, zucchini, red pepper and yellow squash
